Answers to questions we hear most often before a voyage.

How far in advance should I book?

For the Heritage Cruise, a week's notice is usually sufficient. The Bako Full Day and Delta Exploration benefit from two to four weeks' advance booking, particularly during school holidays and the June–August period when demand is higher.

What is the maximum group size per charter?

Our private charters accommodate between two and ten guests comfortably. If your group is larger, please contact us and we will discuss the best arrangement.

Are meals included in the price?

Yes. The Heritage Cruise includes light refreshments (kuih and teh-C). The Bako Full Day includes lunch and beverages. The Delta Exploration includes all meals across the three days. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Guest safety comes first. If conditions are assessed as unsuitable on the departure day, the voyage is rescheduled at no cost to you. We monitor weather closely in the days leading up to each departure and will communicate early if there are concerns.

Is previous sailing experience required?

None at all. Marezure operates as a crewed charter — you are guests, not crew. Simply arrive at the Kuching Waterfront at the agreed time. The team handles everything from there.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the voyage receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 7 to 14 days, we offer a credit for rescheduling. We understand plans change — please contact us as early as possible.
